Key Responsibilities
  • Instructional Leadership
    • Develop and implement instructional strategies to improve student outcomes
    • Provide coaching and support to teachers to enhance their instructional practices
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs
  • Curriculum Development
    • Design and implement curriculum frameworks to meet the needs of our students
    • Develop and maintain relationships with content experts and educational partners
    • Ensure alignment with state and national standards
  • Assessment and Evaluation
    • Develop and implement assessment tools to measure student learning
    • Analyze data to inform instructional decisions and drive school improvement
    • Provide feedback to teachers and administrators on student progress
  • Professional Development
    • Design and deliver professional development opportunities for teachers and administrators
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to support teacher growth and development
    • Stay current with best practices in education and share knowledge with the team
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in Educational Administration or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
    • 4 or more years of experience in instructional leadership roles
    • Principal or Assistant Principal experience preferred
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to analyze data and drive school improvement
    • Experience with curriculum design and implementation
Working Conditions

The Academic Director will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel to schools and district offices. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to academic excellence and student success.
