- Provide coaching and support to teachers to enhance their instructional practices
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs

- Design and implement curriculum frameworks to meet the needs of our students
- Develop and maintain relationships with content experts and educational partners
- Ensure alignment with state and national standards
- Assessment and Evaluation
- Develop and implement assessment tools to measure student learning
- Analyze data to inform instructional decisions and drive school improvement
- Provide feedback to teachers and administrators on student progress
- Professional Development
- Design and deliver professional development opportunities for teachers and administrators
- Provide coaching and mentoring to support teacher growth and development
- Stay current with best practices in education and share knowledge with the team
- Education
- Master's degree in Educational Administration or related field
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
- 4 or more years of experience in instructional leadership roles
- Principal or Assistant Principal experience preferred
- Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive school improvement
- Experience with curriculum design and implementation
The Academic Director will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel to schools and district offices. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to academic excellence and student success.
