Key Responsibilities
  • Order, receive, and bill all parts in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain proper storage of parts and assist with inventory management
  • Provide excellent customer service to retail customers and technicians, including answering phones and responding to inquiries
  • Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping
  • Keep department and work area orderly, neat, and clean
  • Maintain a superior level of customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
Requirements
  • GM parts or aftermarket sales experience is highly desirable
  • Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
