Key Responsibilities- Order, receive, and bill all parts in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain proper storage of parts and assist with inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service to retail customers and technicians, including answering phones and responding to inquiries
- Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping
- Keep department and work area orderly, neat, and clean
- Maintain a superior level of customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
- GM parts or aftermarket sales experience is highly desirable
- Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
