Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and enthusiastic store crew.
  • Provide inspirational feedback and coaching to team members, fostering a motivated work environment.
  • Manage employee schedules, inventory, and financial aspects, ensuring the store runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Take charge of store maintenance, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for customers and employees.
  • Step in for the Store Manager, ensuring seamless operations even in their absence.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older (21 years of age for all other states).
  • Access to a car or other motorized vehicle.
  • Liability insurance on such vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and days, adapting to our dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English with basic math skills.
  • Prepared to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
