Your Role

As a Behavioral Therapist at Spark Learning, you will:

  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement interventions using a play-based approach.
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals for a holistic approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BCBA Certification: Current and in good standing.
  • Experience: At least 2 years working with children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
  • Skills: Expertise in developing and monitoring behavioral programs for complex needs (e.g., feeding, toileting, high-intensity behavior).
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion: A drive to make a positive impact and help clients reach their full potential.
