Position Overview

Are you an experienced bankruptcy associate aiming to elevate your career? We are a distinguished Delaware law firm with a diverse business practice, actively seeking a skilled individual with four to five years of bankruptcy experience to enhance our expanding bankruptcy division.

With four of the leading Delaware bankruptcy attorneys recognized by Chambers USA, we are committed to establishing a market-leading bankruptcy practice at one of Delaware's most esteemed firms.


Qualifications:
Four to five years of chapter 11 bankruptcy/financial reorganizations and/or creditors' rights experience.
Experience with complex corporate restructuring preferred.
Strong writing skills for drafting various legal documents.
Excellent research and oral communication skills.
Prior bankruptcy clerkship experience is advantageous.
Admission to or willingness to pursue admission to the Delaware Bar.
