- Document testing procedures, client experiences, and maintenance of system corrections.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications (required):
- Proficient in object-oriented development.
- Experience in developing distributed and cloud-based systems and services.
- Familiarity with RESTful and/or SOAP-based web services.
- Web application server development experience using Tomcat or similar servlet containers.
- Knowledge of XML technologies, including XSDs, XPATH, and XSLT.
- Proficient with modern development tools such as Eclipse-like IDEs, Maven, Git, GitHub, JIRA, Jenkins, and Puppet.
- Experience in innovative application development.
Preferred Qualifications (desired):
- Experience in creating scalable architectures within a cloud environment.
- Familiarity with commercial cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of full software lifecycle automation and testing tools.
- Expertise in high-performance multi-threaded applications.
- Experience with at least one NoSQL database technology.
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, and ELK Stack.
- Understanding of standard SQL databases and JDBC.
- Familiarity with AI/machine learning libraries and software stacks.
- Solid understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems, including shell scripting.
- Expertise in modern software design patterns and frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Knowledge of securing distributed services using PKI methodologies.
Clearance Requirement:
Candidates must possess an active security clearance (secret/top secret, etc.) due to the sensitive nature of the work involved. Please note that only candidates meeting this requirement will be considered for this position.
