Job Summary

As a seasoned Leasing Representative for Hirschfeld Management, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our multifamily communities by effectively leasing residential units. Your primary responsibility will be to attract potential tenants, conduct property tours, handle leasing inquiries, and ensure high occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for maintaining positive tenant relations, assisting with lease renewals, and marketing/promotions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and closing skills, thorough knowledge of leasing processes and best practices, and a strong understanding of property management concepts, protocols, and challenges.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract prospective tenants.
  • Maintain and ensure to meet all key performance indicators as assigned or designated by the Management Team.
  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and amenities.
  • Negotiate lease terms, prepare and review lease agreements with tenants, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
