We're seeking a driven Sales Associate to join our team at CB2, a leading home design retailer. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed daily sales goals, becoming an expert on our products and answering customer questions.
  • Under the direction of the Management Team, maintain a neat and organized sales floor, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Demonstrate and model selling skills, customer service, merchandising, and teamwork, supporting the management team in leadership, training, and promotion of teamwork throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Maintain awareness of current advertising, promotions, and catalogs, as well as the status of merchandise, to provide customers with accurate information.
  • Assist customers with merchandising selections and provide gracious and efficient service, focusing on promoting sales and meeting sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Good reading and written language skills (English), good communication skills, basic arithmetic, and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends, with open availability for full-time roles and two or more weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and at least one weekday or night for part-time roles.
