We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our Outpatient clinic in Spartanburg, SC. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional primary care to our patients, conducting office visits for routine and acute issues, and home visits as needed. You will also administer Annual wellness visits and health risk assessments, and care coordinate with other providers, specialists, testing facilities, and agencies.

Our ideal candidate will have National certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, an active, non-probationary state physician License, and 1+ year direct primary care experience as a Physician. You will also have an Active DEA license and be able to work Monday-Friday 8a-5p, with no nights and no weekends.

We offer a competitive salary (ranges from $215,000 - $275,000 based on experience and location) with quarterly bonus based on quality metrics, 6 weeks of PTO, inclusive of vacation, sick time, major holidays, and continuing medical education (CME), tuition reimbursement, $5,000 CME Stipend, provided Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 401K investment, up to 4% company match, vested immediately, provided Medical Malpractice Insurance, and relocation package on a case-by-case basis.
