Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process all parts orders efficiently.
  • Manage and oversee parts inventory effectively.
  • Create storage locations for new stock items.
  • Inform customers about the arrival of their parts.
  • Communicate any shortages or damage discrepancies.
  • Process accessories and organize them appropriately.
  • Prepare items for returns and shipping.
  • Separate orders for various dealerships.
  • Deliver parts to alternate locations as needed.
  • Handle warranty scrap processing.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly workspace.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience in parts management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Must possess a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Commitment to maintaining an organized and clean work environment.
