Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, considering clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Support clients with mobility issues, assisting with ambulation and transferring as needed.
  • Encourage clients to participate in activities that promote mental and physical stimulation.
  • Establish a relationship with clients and their families, providing emotional and psychological support.
  • Document progress notes and confirm visit schedules with clients and caregivers.

Requirements:

  • Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, bend, stoop, reach, and move clients as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $48,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience.
