**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Sinceri Senior Living. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

**Salary:** $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Job Description:

  • Provides medication assistance for residents in accordance with state regulations and company policy.
  • Assists in maintaining the medication cart and storage room in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Accepts responsibility for accurate medication counts and for the security of the medication cart and medication storage room for assigned shifts.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-year of previous experience as a Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff members.
