  • Customer Complaints: Oversee the investigation and resolution of customer feedback related to product quality or safety.
  • Training: Provide training and support to staff on quality control methodologies and best practices.
  • Supplier Performance: Monitor and evaluate supplier quality to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest developments in food safety and quality assurance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a quality management capacity within the food production industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations, PSQI standards, and food safety principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting audits and establishing quality control systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and statistical analysis tools.
  • Certification as a Quality Manager (CQM) or equivalent is advantageous.
