  • Aptitude for recognizing and addressing individual learning differences.
  • Capability to employ diverse instructional and assessment techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective classroom management abilities.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Experience as a collaborative team member.
  • Completion of a State-mandated Criminal Background Check (at applicant's expense).

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Michigan's Academic Standards utilizing evidence-based teaching strategies.
  • Ensure a well-organized classroom environment.
