Battery Translator

BlueOval SK is a pioneering joint venture between Ford and SK On, revolutionizing the electric vehicle (EV) battery business through innovative partnerships. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to the development of cutting-edge battery technologies, driving excellence in the EV industry.

We're investing heavily in Kentucky and Tennessee, building three state-of-the-art battery manufacturing facilities at BlueOval City in Tennessee and BlueOval SK Battery Park in Kentucky. Our facilities will leverage Ford's 100 years of automotive expertise and SK On's 30+ years of EV battery expertise to become the world's best battery manufacturer.

We're seeking a skilled Battery Translator to support our team in translating Korean and English languages for all team members. This role involves designing output formats, monitoring information accuracy, and translating spoken and written materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate communications clearly and accurately, conveying phrasing and intention as it relates to the subject
• Convert dialogue and convey the intent of the original speaker
• Review and inspect work for quality, accuracy, and completeness
• Enter data into a computer system and retrieve, correct, or delete previously entered data

Requirements:

• Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and databases
• Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
• At least 1 year of administrative assistant or relocation experience preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and effectively manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
