About the Role:
Truity Partners is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Business Analyst to join our team. As a Marketing Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization with accurate and reliable analytic support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, accurate, and insightful analysis, reporting, and presentations to support business decisions.
- Manage customer and prospect database, ensuring data integrity and data entry standards.
- Internal expert in direct marketing disciplines, monitoring and forecasting revenue.
- Analyze external and internal customer data to provide market and customer insights.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track marketing performance.
- Coach team members on data integrity and reporting best practices.
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a closely related field.
- 3+ years of business analyst experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a positive presence.
- Strong drive and sense of urgency.
- A self-starter, able to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Experience with Sage 100 and Seradex preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
