Member Experience and Cart Support Specialist

About the Role:The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions with members and colleagues. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling cart retrieval responsibilities, including maintaining a clean and organized cart area
- Providing exceptional member service, responding to member inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to make informed recommendations to members
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and safe store environment
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Aptitude for learning new skills and adapting to change
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
$20.25-$27.00 per hour, based on location and experience
