Behavioral Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavior Support Technician to join our team at FullBloom. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to students with intensive behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities- Implement behavior support plans and track progress towards goals
- Provide accommodations and modifications as necessary to support student success
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior support plans
- Utilize behavior support and intervention strategies to promote positive behavior
- Implement de-escalation techniques and crisis management to maintain student and staff safety
- Career pathways and mobility opportunities within our national network
