Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and owners, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or Construction Manager in the higher education sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and influence project stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office and Procore.
