Our Services

Mercy Imaging Centers, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, provides cutting-edge diagnostic imaging services at multiple locations. Our team of 160 staff members work with our specialty-trained and board-certified radiologists to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic medical imaging procedures, including MRI and CT scans, under the supervision of radiologists and other licensed staff.
  • Assist in prepping patients for examinations, relay instructions from radiologists to patients or authorized persons, and collect patient data.
  • Document patient concerns, messages, and care provided in the patient's medical record for radiologists' review.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Satisfactory completion of a formal AMA school of Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
  • Licensed by the State of California in CRT.
  • CA; RTR or RTMR; BLS-CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One (1) year experience as a MR/CT Technologist.
  • Six (6) months experience in an outpatient environment.
  • Advanced certification in MR & CT through ARRT.

Pay Range

$61.91/hour
