Your primary responsibilities will include offering expert insights and strategic counsel to our clients, ensuring the effective management of clinical trials. Your extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape, regulatory frameworks, and clinical research best practices will be crucial in formulating and executing innovative trial methodologies. Utilizing your analytical prowess and meticulous attention to detail, you will assess data, extract vital insights, and propose strategies to refine trial design, enhance patient recruitment, and streamline overall trial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients to establish clinical trial goals and formulate detailed trial protocols.
- Conduct thorough feasibility studies to assess the potential of trial sites and patient demographics.
- Advise on regulatory standards and ensure adherence throughout the trial process.
- Devise and implement patient recruitment initiatives, including the development of promotional materials and targeted outreach efforts.
- Manage site selection and negotiate contracts with research sites.
- Oversee ongoing trials, evaluate data, and identify trends and potential challenges.
- Offer strategic recommendations to enhance trial efficiency, quality, and patient safety.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline; advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical trial management, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of international regulatory standards and guidelines for clinical research.
- Strong grasp of biostatistics and clinical trial design principles.
- Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and other clinical trial technologies.
- Exceptional project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
