About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Leader to join our team at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati. As a Program Leader, you will be responsible for planning and implementing programs for Club members that align with our mission and emphasize the Graduate, Fit for Life, Ready to Serve program model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging programs that reflect the needs and interests of our members.
  • Provide individual guidance and establish relationships with members that foster their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and high-quality program experience.
  • Supervise and support Assistant Program Leaders to ensure the success of our programs.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for our members.
  • Stay up-to-date with professional development training and best practices in youth development.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in youth development.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
