Job Summary:
A Psychometrist coordinates testing services, provides administrative oversight to the clinical laboratory, ensuring adequate supplies are available to provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art patient care, and assists attending neuropsychology faculty with patient care activities as needed for the USF Health Department of Psychiatry and Neurosciences, Division of Neuropsychology. This position reports directly to a licensed psychologist.
This position's primary focus is on the administration and scoring of neuropsychological, cognitive, academic/achievement, and psychological tests under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate testing services to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Provide administrative oversight to the clinical laboratory to ensure adequate supplies and resources.
- Assist attending neuropsychology faculty with patient care activities as needed.
- Administer and score neuropsychological, cognitive, academic/achievement, and psychological tests under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field.
- License/Registration issued by Florida or a Compact State.
- Certification as a Certified Psychometrist (CSP) is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
