Space Technology Engineer

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Space Technology Engineer to join our team. As an intern, you will work on real, open-ended problems that directly contribute to the success of our company. You will be part of one of our teams, such as the vehicle software team or the productivity software team, and will work closely with your mentor and other employees to apply your knowledge and grow your skills through high-impact projects.
Responsibilities- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a similar STEM field
- Exceptional command of engineering fundamentals
- Experience through internships, personal projects, work, or teams
- Ability to manage a complex technical project and take it through execution
- Ability to learn and apply state-of-the-art techniques to technical projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to work full-time, onsite for a minimum of 10-12 consecutive weeks
- Experience with JavaScript, Typescript, and React
- Rust language skills, in addition to C
- Python
The estimated monthly stipend for this position is between $5,000 and $6,500, depending on your level of experience. Freshman/Sophomore students can expect a monthly stipend of $5,000, while Junior/Senior students can expect a monthly stipend of $6,500.
LocationThis internship is located at our Kent, WA office, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team and gain valuable experience in the field of space technology.
