Assemblage Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Assemblage Specialist to join our team at Regal Rexnord. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and adjusting various types of Guardian Couplings products.

• Assembly and Adjustment: Assemble and adjust various types of Guardian Couplings products in accordance with blueprint instructions.
• Quality Control: Test completed parts, inspect parts for quality, and prepare parts for shipping.
• Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with Regal Rexnord policies, 6s procedures, and core values.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1+ year(s) of experience in assembly preferred.
• Skills: Accurately read and comprehend material such as blueprints and work instructions; knowledge of air tools, power tools, and hand tools; good manual dexterity.

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
