Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling compressors and other equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong mechanical assembly skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble compressors and other equipment using various tools and materials
  • Apply decals and labels to machines as needed
  • Utilize Andon signals to communicate with team members
  • Measure, cut, bend, and fit small tubing to machine
  • Install foam insulation on tubing and controls
  • Install heat trace tape to tubing and controls
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a high school education or equivalent and a minimum of two years of post-high school training or experience in manufacturing assembly. Basic computer skills and the ability to read simple blueprints are required. Prior forklift experience or completion of forklift training is preferred.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
