About the Role:

The RN - Wound Care is a part-time position responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the inpatient or outpatient setting. This role requires a strong understanding of wound care management, including negative pressure wound therapy, ostomies, and pressure ulcer prevention and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialized nursing care for patients with complex wounds and conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to manage or prevent pressure injuries
  • Manage negative pressure wound therapy, ostomies, and other complex wounds
  • Provide education to team members, patients, and family members on wound care and management
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing program
  • Valid and active RN licensure from the appropriate state
  • AHA BLS certification
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP certification dependent upon area
Work Environment:

This role is based at Lonesome Pine Hospital, with a rotating weekend schedule and no travel requirements.
