We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
- Work closely with Patient Care Technicians to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
