Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and mitigate risks to ensure project success
  • Prepare financial forecasts and schedules to meet project deadlines
  • Manage the RFI and submittal process to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare job meeting agendas and approve pay applications and invoices
  • Review pay applications to owners and subcontractors, and approve change requests and change orders
  • Maintain quality control throughout the project and ensure safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate subcontractor buyout opportunities and bid new projects as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project, and proficiency in ProCore, Timberline Project Management, and Timberline Estimating
  • Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to do cost projections and budgeting
