Role Overview
As an Equipment Service Technician, you will be trained in all aspects of personal equipment service, providing our guests with essential equipment services and information to enhance their outdoor experiences. No prior experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service while assessing gear condition
- Perform tuning and repair services for guests, with training provided
- Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards
- May involve additional responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude for performing ski and snowboard maintenance and repairs
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to stand and engage in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
- Proficient communication skills in spoken and written English
The expected pay for this position is $20.00 per hour. Compensation decisions are based on various factors.
