">- We are a closely knit group of 8 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers (APPs) who work together to provide exceptional patient care.

- We actively engage in multiple hospital committees, reflecting our strong partnership with the hospital.
- We welcome applications from recent graduates seeking an acute care trained APP role.
About the Role:
">- We work in an open ICU with intensivist coverage during the day and at night.
- We focus on complex cases and complement the work of the intensivists through our collaborative approach.
- We offer a flexible schedule with 7 days on, 7 days off.
- We prioritize work-life balance and have established a system where we can cover for each other when one of our colleagues is out.

">- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
