Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Style Guide Management: Populating assets into style guides, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Visual Research: Pulling swipe, inspiration, location ideas, model options, etc., to support creative briefs.
  • Deck Creation: Building shoot decks, pitch decks, and other visual aids to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to help plan and execute photo shoots.
  • Asset Preparation: Printing, hanging up presentation mocks, adding SKUs to shot lists, and taking down key art into multiple sizes and formats.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of graphic design software, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Keynote.
  • Excellent partnership skills, strong layout skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for current design trends and a general understanding of design and advertising principles.
