We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Allergy & Asthma Affiliates. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities- Prepare patients for procedures and maintain clean clinical areas.
- Perform diagnostic tests, such as skin testing and spirometry, and basic lab tests.
- Enter and update clinical documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Administer allergy injections and provide patient education on treatment plans.
- Pharm Tech, Lab Tech, MA, CMA, LPN or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
