Our Mission: At Mathnasium of Rancho Cucamonga, we're dedicated to providing a supportive and encouraging environment for our students to thrive. As a Math Instructor, you'll play a vital role in helping 2nd-12th grade students master math concepts and develop a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized instruction in a group setting, using the Mathnasium MethodTM and terminology.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a safe and professional learning environment.
  • Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
  • Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.

Requirements:
  • Passion for math and working with students.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and be trained.
  • Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.
  • Ability to balance various ongoing tasks.
