We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Positive Behavior Health Developments Inc. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing behavioral health services to children and families affected by autism, ADHD, and other maladaptive behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement kid-centric ABA therapy in a naturalistic setting, teaching skills and promoting positive behavior.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they provide high-quality services.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to implement behavior programs and provide support.
- Complete functional assessments, behavior plans, and quarterly/annual behavioral summaries for assigned caseloads.
- Render clinical services to meet the needs of consumers, including providing services at home, in school, and throughout the community.
- Current BCBA certification
- 8-hour supervision certification
- Ability to remain client-focused when providing services
- Excellent leadership skills
- Medicaid Provider and 1099 eligibility
