Kyo is a leading provider of child-centric Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Behavior Analyst to join our team in Florida. As a Travel Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to our Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors. You will also conduct observations and assessments in various settings, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide training to parents, professionals, and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Direct Kyo client programs and manage staff implementation of ABA services.
  • Supervise Kyo's Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors.
  • Conduct observations and assessments in settings such as schools, homes, or communities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for clients primarily via telehealth.
  • Inform clients of behavior plans and goals, monitor, track, and report on client progress.
  • Design and deliver training to parents, professionals, and staff.
  • Assist with regional or company-wide clinical or operational projects.
  • Train caregivers and staff on program implementation.
  • Attend and facilitate client and staff meetings.
Requirements
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • MA degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Availability Monday-Friday 8am-7pm.
  • Must be located in Florida.
  • Willing and able to travel to assigned local region(s) for in-person services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outstanding operational skills.
