Physician - Internal Medicine Specialist

At ADEX, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physician - Internal Medicine to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient health status through medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop comprehensive care plans for each patient using established standards of care.
- Provide in-patient care at designated hospitals as required.
- Prescribe medications as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to ensure integrated care.
- Provide patient education and counseling to promote health and wellness.
- Maintain professional relationships with peers and organizations through continuing education and professional development.
- Participate in quality improvement and quality assurance activities, including chart reviews and data analysis.
- Complete patient medical forms and documentation in a timely manner.
- Graduation from an accredited medical school with a New York State license to practice medicine.
- Board eligibility with the expectation of becoming Board Certified in the specialty within five years of hire.
