Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Het dagelijks onderhouden van klantencontact en afstemmen van klanteisen en klantwensen met de activiteiten en mogelijkheden van het laboratorium;
  • Het voortdurend afstemmen van het dagelijks werkaanbod met het laboratorium;
  • Het in samenspraak met het laboratorium, technisch beoordelen van routinematige - en mogelijk - nieuwe orders;
  • Het uitbesteden van onderzoek, inclusief alle administratieve handelingen;
  • Het verzorgen van een tijdige, complete en correcte rapportage van analyseresultaten aan klanten;
  • Het bevestigen en registreren van externe klachten, het eventueel in samenspraak met de manager Customer Service definiren van corrigerende acties en vervolgens dit naar de klant te communiceren.
Eisen
  • Minimaal een mbo/hbo-diploma behaald, bij voorkeur in de richting van chemie;
  • Ervaring op gebied van chemische/fysische analyses en analysetechnieken;
  • Goede communicatievaardigheden;
  • Ervaring in klantencontact en bent servicegericht;
  • Flexibel en in staat om snel te schakelen.
