What are you going to do? You are the guiding force in customer satisfaction, working with the team on smaller and larger service orders, handling warranty orders and/or ad hoc orders such as breakdowns and repairs. As such, you manage multiple assignments of ships from the Dredging, Offshore & Transport (D.O.T.) and Marine & Governmental segments in terms of work preparation, execution, and coordination. You usually work from an office location; occasionally travel to a customer or client. What you will do: You oversee the work in coordination with the customer, in terms of work preparation and execution; You give functional guidance to the customers and their teams, so that the customer experience is optimal. Your goal is to let the customers go out with an assured feeling; You ensure an optimal process if service and warranty work has to be carried out after delivery of the ships; Besides your colleagues, you advise other stakeholders in the project environments to ensure quality; For your assigned project(s), you prepare reports of work, progress, and prospects; You will be the first point of contact for the client to provide a short and clear form of communication, in addition you will also keep other stakeholders informed, both internally and externally. You have experience in a role where you provide service. You have electrical knowledge of ships and know how to make contacts easily and get satisfaction from the social aspect of this work. Service, organising and coordinating are not unfamiliar skills to you and you manage this effortlessly. What else you need: At least an MBO-4 diploma in electrical engineering, or similar; Electrical engineering knowledge of ships; Commercial and communicative skills; Solution-oriented; Organisational skill; You are stress-resistant.
