Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services and health education to guests in a long-term care setting.
- Supervise the care and services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and other team members who care for guests.
- Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests, assessing their health and notifying the physician of changes in status.
- Contribute to the guest's assessment and the development of a plan of care, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing care environment.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state.
- CPR certification.
