We're seeking a Senior Associate to join our Real Estate Audit team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements, preparing budgets, and reviewing client accounting and operating procedures. You will also be responsible for conducting audit tests, documenting workpapers, and performing research on technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audit engagements and prepare budgets
  • Review client accounting and operating procedures
  • Conduct audit tests and document workpapers
  • Perform research on technical issues
  • Supervise and train staff during engagements
  • Assess performance of staff for engagement evaluations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
  • 2+ years of audit and/or assurance experience
  • Experience with real estate clients
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA or parts passed towards completion
  • Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
