About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Brightview Senior Living. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our community, including performing a variety of Maintenance repairs, responding to Maintenance requests, and participating in the oversight of outside contractors.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform a range of Maintenance repairs, including fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, and implementing safety protocols.
  2. Respond to Maintenance requests from residents and fellow associates, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  3. Continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained.
  4. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all equipment, maintaining logs and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  5. Assist with the setup of activities and events at the community, promoting a positive and engaging environment for residents.
  6. Drive community vehicles, including transporting residents as needed, and ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require prior Maintenance, Housekeeping, and/or Janitorial experience, as well as a CFC Refrigerant Certification or ability to gain certification within three months of hire. Additionally, you will need a current driver's license in good standing and a positive attitude with a love for working with people.
