We are seeking an experienced Imaging Lead to join our dynamic team at Prenuvo. As a key member of our technical operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and advancing our imaging services, driving positive change and impact in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities- Imaging Operations: Oversee the operation of MRI scanners, ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging services.
- Supply Chain Management: Order and manage supplies, clean equipment, and maintain scan room preparation.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot equipment issues and report them to the relevant department.
- Image Post Processing: Responsible for post-processing images, including transfer to PACS and ensuring all post-processing steps are complete.
- Leadership: Proven ability and interest in training new technologists in all facets of the role, including patient safety, room preparation, effective communication, image acquisition, time management, and post-processing.
- Strong MRI Knowledge: A strong base knowledge of MRI imaging and patient safety.
- Licensure: Licensed with the appropriate board, such as ARMRIT or ARRT (MR), depending on the location.
- Clinical Experience: Completion of an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) program or radiologic technology program, with at least 2 years of clinical work experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in running advanced MR studies independently, with the ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate patient care skills, with the ability to explain complex medical terms and procedures in a manner easily understood by a non-medical audience.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude and presentation.
