Key Responsibilities:

As a Landscaping Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in our operations:

  • Front-Line Role: You will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service on-site.
  • Quality Maintenance: You will perform essential tasks related to landscape upkeep, ensuring high standards of quality and service. This may also involve additional lawn care responsibilities such as constructing decks, laying pavers, and hardscaping.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying weights between 35-80 pounds regularly.
  • Preparation for Success: You will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and that everything is ready for the following day.

Measuring Success:

Your performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Attendance: Consistent presence is vital to meet our customer service objectives.
  • Budget Management: Effectively managing time spent on each job to maintain profitability.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that rework is minimal by maintaining high standards.
  • Customer Relationships: Building and nurturing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Utilization of Tools: Fully engaging with our software and processes to support all of the above.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Landscaping Crew Member position, you should meet the following criteria:

  • At least 2 years of experience in landscaping, lawn care, or a related service industry.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt.

Compensation:

The salary for this position ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on your experience in landscaping or lawn care. Pay is distributed weekly for a standard 40-hour work week.
