Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and processing of parts orders.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train front-line employees, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in inventory management and supply chain operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5 years of managerial experience in parts distribution and inventory control.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and business acumen; advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; ability to work within ERP systems.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on computers.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
- Visual acuity to inspect products and machinery.
