• Ensure the project stays on schedule by effectively managing your tasks and collaborating with the team.
• Maintain the highest quality standards by double-checking your work and ensuring everything meets our standards.
• Take ownership of safety on the job site, not only for yourself but also for your colleagues. If you spot something that's not right, speak up and address it.

• A competitive hourly rate of $28-$32.
• Generous per diem compensation for those outside the project area ($500-$700).
• Overtime opportunities to maximize your earnings.

• Be a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized Citizen.
• Have at least 3 years of experience as an ironworker erecting steel.
• Bring your own tools to the job.
