Project Overview:

Saxon Global is seeking a Senior Scrum Master Lead to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role will involve leading cross-functional teams and developing Agile frameworks to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, UX, and Data disciplines to deliver solutions on an aggressive schedule
  • Participate in Design Sprints and Product Discovery tactics
  • Manage and maintain Scrum boards, dashboards, and other tools
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in managing multiple teams
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, budgeting, and time management skills
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification a plus
  • Experience working with front-end/UI & UX teams, Jira, and SAFe environment preferred
Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
