Job Summary

The Food Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with our kitchen staff, management, and other servers to ensure seamless service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system to ensure seamless service.
  • Ensure that all food and drinks are served promptly and to the guests' satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of sanitation and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Respond to guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Comply with all safety and health department procedures, as well as state and federal liquor laws.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 21+ years of age.
  • Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards.
  • Minimum of two (2) years related experience.
  • Experience with POS systems.
  • Familiarity with beer and spirits.
  • Proper lifting techniques.
  • Guest relations.
  • Sanitation and safety.
  • Safe alcohol service.
  • Full service restaurant operations.

  • Work indoors and/or outdoors, exposed to hot and/or cold surfaces, steam, and wet floors.
  • Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke, the severity of which depends upon guest volume.
  • Fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • Work varied shifts to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
