About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Wilson's Leather. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet personal sales goals and consistently strive to achieve company sales expectations
  • Maintain a strong customer focus and provide quality customer service
  • Promote a positive customer experience by keeping all customer areas clean and present merchandise according to company merchandising standards
  • Ring customer transactions, perform register functions, and follow company cash handling policies

Requirements:

  • 6 months face-to-face customer service experience
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred
  • Interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to speak Cantonese and/or Spanish in addition to English (preferred)
