In this position, you will:

  • Implement proactive injury prevention strategies and provide first aid care in accordance with OSHA standards, including ergonomic education and medical care escalation when necessary.
  • Conduct ergonomic evaluations by analyzing site operations, job processes, and physical demands to recommend measures that prevent serious musculoskeletal injuries.
  • Maintain precise and thorough documentation while offering constructive feedback to employees for ongoing health enhancements.
  • Generate reports with key performance metrics for leadership and operational management.

This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, and the company reserves the right to adjust duties as needed based on business requirements.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A background in fields such as Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Health Promotion, or related disciplines.
  • Current CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it prior to employment.
  • Basic understanding of workers' compensation and OSHA regulations is preferred.
  • The capability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the assigned shift.
  • Previous experience in ergonomics or occupational health is advantageous.
  • Strong professionalism in both written and verbal communication.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively without constant supervision.
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
